The fine print, in plain words.

These terms apply when you download and use EditAll from the App Store, including EditAll Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Who provides EditAll

EditAll provides the EditAll application for supported Apple devices. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and EditAll. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].

By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Your license to use EditAll

EditAll grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store usage rules.

You may not:

  • Copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
  • Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of EditAll.

What EditAll does

Browsing and editing in EditAll are free. Your originals stay untouched — EditAll creates a finished version only when you export or share. Some tools require EditAll Pro: unlimited and batch exports, more than two custom presets, Lightroom preset import, and expanded sharing and camera allowances. The exact limits of the free tier and Pro are described in the app and on the App Store product page.

Your photos and videos are processed on your device. EditAll has no account system. Content you create remains yours.

EditAll Pro — subscriptions and purchases (App Store only)

EditAll Pro is sold exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase and are charged in your local currency.

  • EditAll Pro Monthly: auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly.
  • EditAll Pro Yearly: auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly.
  • EditAll Pro Lifetime: one-time purchase, no renewal.

Introductory trial. Monthly and Yearly may include an Apple-managed one-month introductory trial where eligible. Eligibility is determined by Apple. No subscription starts automatically from the free 30-day in-app Pro preview — a subscription starts only if you confirm a purchase.

Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Managing or canceling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone or iPad Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; already-paid periods are handled by Apple under its refund policies. Lifetime purchases do not need to be canceled.

Restore. You can restore a previous EditAll Pro purchase on the same Apple Account at Settings → EditAll Pro → Restore Purchases.

If Apple changes pricing, trial eligibility, billing, or subscription management, Apple's terms control.

Acceptable use

You agree to use EditAll only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the photos, videos, and presets you edit, export, or share, and for having the rights to use them.

Your device and connection

Certain functions require an active internet connection, for example downloading iCloud Photos originals. That connection can be Wi-Fi or your mobile network. EditAll cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you have no connectivity or data allowance left.

If you use the app on a mobile network, your agreement with your mobile provider still applies, including any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have the bill payer's permission to use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, charged, and able to run the app. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the service, EditAll cannot accept responsibility. Keep your device and access to the app secure.

Changes, updates, and availability

EditAll may update the app over time. Requirements for supported iOS and iPadOS versions may change, and you may need to download updates to keep using the app. EditAll does not promise that it will always update the app for every device or OS version.

EditAll may change features, prices, or Pro entitlements going forward, or stop providing the app, and may terminate your use at any time. Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.

Third-party services

The app uses third-party services that have their own terms:

Although EditAll endeavors to keep the app correct and up to date, it relies in part on Apple frameworks and third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditAll accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on app functionality, third-party services, or connectivity outside EditAll's control.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

EditAll may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
